Born in 1965, he lives in Alba (Piemont-Italy). Chemistry in his town, musician in his mind and his world. Diplomated in "Choir and Direction" in 1992-Verona (Italy). He won the 1° prize for Composition "S. Nicola" (Bari-1989) in Sacred Music ("Messa per Coro e Orchestra"). He likes to compose in his room,also to play in live performances: exhibitions with his contemporaries friends musicians and professionists. Stefano Cornaglia joins classic studies with a modern music language; his compositions born from the kind of instruments:the piano. Easy melodies are well transported sometimes on very fast rhythms. We can listen alternation of classic atmosphere and electric backgrounds like rock and fusion:these live good togheter and the result is an original music we can define "global music".
